In 2014, I turned my passion into my profession by creating the Brasserie de la Croix with my brother-in-law, Vincent Weytjens.

With a capacity of 4000hl, our family business brews special top fermentation beers with refermentation in the bottle, sold under the Sainte Nitouche brand or on demand.

In 2019, our passion led us to distill our spirits as well. Since the beginning, we have paid particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and to the control of the processes. We want to be close to our customers and all our actions are guided by the values of friendship, tradition and customer satisfaction.
